"A CHRISTMAS WISH"

I wish I could wish
'cause I'd wish that there be no more wars.

That we would no longer harm each other
or take what wasn't ours.

And if someone had a need
we would give
and expect nothing in return.

We would all stop taking
when we no longer had a need.

I only wish I could...

I only wish it would work.
