"I ONLY HAVE A LONELY HEART"

I had no choice
my heart gave me none.

The moment I was transported into her world
mine was forgotten.

Her aura reached out
engulfed me
embraced me.

It happened so quickly
I didn't even have time to think.

Nothing mattered
but the moment
and that moment
has lasted a lifetime.

Even though it's been many years
since I've even been close enough
for her to see the love in my eyes
my lonely heart still beats.

My heart's not broken
just lonely.
