There are many places to make ''FREE WEB PAGES''. You do not need to know anything about web design. They have templates that allow you to choose back ground colors, text color and page style etc. You can even add images and graphics. Some even allow you to use an FTP program. To learn how to FTP, click below. After you've created your page, you can 'save it' on your hard drive by going up to 'file,' scroll down to & click on 'save' then Name it whatever you choose. (Don't forget to save it in .html format. Then you'll be able to view it in your browser, just like you do on the internet) Below are only a few.

I've discovered that Angelfire's Templates were the friendliest and easiest to use.
At least they were when I last used them. Anymore, I hand code my pages, instead of using a program.
